Join us for a Winter’s gong bath – an evening of deep rest and relaxation.

In the magical Reiki Space in Castle Hedingham, you can expect to unwind with a guided meditation before the soothing vibrations of a gong bath.

A gong bath is a a powerful form of sound healing that encourages deep rest and relaxation through the meditative qualities of sound. Sessions are calming for the nervous system, as the waves of sound from the gongs move through your body, helping to dissipate tension, stress and overwhelm.

The setting at Reiki Space is truly special. Expect to escape the busyness of everyday life in this picturesque, private space.

After the practice, we will break for tea and brownies.
