Home-Start Essex in Chelmsford have been privileged enough to work with the amazing team at Little Yoga Studio once again. Over 3 fantastic sessions we have helped over 20 mums to access and understand how important yoga can be for their wellbeing as well as helping their children with anxiety or anger issues. Thank you for supporting us and our families!... See MoreSee Less
"That was so much fun mummy. Next time we are going to do the Volcano". That was the response of my 5 year old very boisterous son when I asked him how he found the Yoga class. What a great way to draw on a child's imagination whilst engaging in physical activity. Even my very energetic son was thoroughly engaged throughout the class with lots of smiles and laughter.... Noah loved his first yoga session with Nicola- she was really engaging and had all the kids smiling, giggling and (amazingly) paying full attention to the class. I think it's going to be a great way for them to learn how their bodies work and practice periods of calmness.... See MoreSee Less
I’m sure after months of being at home we all promised we’d go slower. Take more time to appreciate the simple things. Find joy in walks, playing, creating. Yet it’s so easy to slip back into familiar routines... Familiar patterns of busy; all without taking the time to sit with what is. And with the path still feeling rocky, it’s all very exhausting 🤪
I’m very much feeling the need to take more time to tune in, to move slowly, to nourish the root.
