Join us for a NEW Yoga & Wellbeing class for Children and Teens on Tuesday afternoons.

Suitable for ages 9-13 years of age, these classes will introduce children and teens to the wonderful benefits of yoga in a creative and gentle way.

Our sessions are designed to help young people them shine a light on the importance of their wellbeing. Learn tools to regulate stress and understand their emotions; learn the foundations of a healthy breath and ways to relax.

Classes incorporate yoga, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, EFT Tapping, journalling and relaxation.

Utilising these wonderful techniques, children will have the opportunity to move their bodies, de-stress and calm their nervous systems with fun breathing games and practices, regulate their nervous systems with EFT – all while supporting their mental and physical development.

Throughout the 45 minute class, your child will learn the wonderful benefits of these practices in a small, supportive environment.

FAQs:
-This class is for children & teens aged 9-13 years of age.

-This is a taster session of what will hopefully be a new, weekly group.

-The taster session is £10.00. Following this class, bookings will be required on a termly basis. Classes run during school term times only.

-Children will need to come in comfortable, soft clothes that they can move in. No jeans please. We practice bare foot.

-Parents are required to stay on-site (in the foyer area) at Beaulieu Community Centre. (Please get in touch with me on Nicola@littleyogastudio.co.uk if there are any issues with this).

-Children will be required to bring their own mats. Any other props will be provided.

-Following your booking, you will receive a parental consent form and a health questionnaire. Both of these must be completed before attending.

-Attendance is at your/your child’s own risk.
