Celebrate the arrival of Spring and awaken from the depths of Winter on this one day retreat at the picturesque Sanctuary at Retreat Farm.

Expect soulful vinyasa and yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, creative journalling and a sound journey as we reconnect with our intentions and replenish our energies.

‘Awaken’ is the perfect opportunity to nourish yourself and feel that you have reconnected with your passions and awakened your creativity, as we ease out of Winter and into Spring.

Expect to leave feeling refreshed and inspired, following a beautiful day of yoga practices, creativity and sound, nestled in like-minded community.

This retreat day is suitable for anyone new to yoga, to existing and practicing students.

About the Spring Equinox…

The Spring Equinox marks a pivotal shift in our natural calendar. As we emerge from Winter’s darkness, we feel a sense of renewed energy and creativity.

Often considered as ‘nature’s new year,’ this is the perfect oppotunity to connect with what we want to bring to life in the year ahead. What inspires us? Lights us up? How can we make more space for joyful living?

‘Awaken’ day retreat, what’s included:

– Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra practices;
– Intention setting and pranayama (breath practices);
– A sound meditation;
– Tea, nourishing home baking, fruit;
– The opportunity to spend time in nature and walk in the picturesque surroundings;
– All props are provided, but we recommend you bring an additonal blanket and/or a pillow.

* Practices are suitable for beginners, new students to experienced yogis.
* Please bring your own lunch. Tea, cake and treats will be provided.
* There is plenty of parking available on-site.
