‘The Root To Rise’ yoga retreat – September 2026

The ‘Root To Rise’ yoga retreat offers three days to immerse yourself in the beautiful practices of yoga, in stunning natural scenery. The perfect way to honour the transition from the busy, frenetic summer, to the grounding qualities of autumn. This will be our fourth time journeying to our picturesque retreat home of Potash Barns in rural Suffolk, with each time offering guests a unique spiritual, holistic and relaxing retreat.

Each day we come together for twice daily yoga practices; exploring a variety of styles, yoga practices – vinyasa flow, yin, restorative – along with soothing breath practices and meditation to soothe, release and ground.

This is a retreat is an offering to yourself. To set aside all of the busy ‘doing’ for others and to weave a sense of peace and tranquility back into our everyday. We practice with intention, realigning ourselves with our natural rhythms and resting deeply.
