Balance and Transform retreat – weekend retreat in beautiful Suffolk.

Friday, September 19 – Sunday, September 21, 2025

The Autumn Equinox is an ideal opportunity to explore and restore balance within. I love retreating at potent times in the natural calendar; we can sense into the powerful energetic shifts at play and take time to connect with where we are in our lives; what we need to let go of and what we would like to welcome in.

On this deeply grounding retreat, the focus is nurturing the sometimes challenging transition from Summer to Autumn. Letting go of the longer daylight hours, the heat and high energy of the Summer can be tricky for many of us. Yet the darker months are a time to dream, to plant seeds, to set our intentions ahead of the light returning. On this retreat, as we come together in beautiful and peaceful natural surroundings, we will look to practices that help us feel nurtured, balanced and replenished.

We will quite literally make space to dream.

Set in the retreat haven that is Potash Barns in rural Suffolk, the natural energy of the land and stunning views make for the perfect setting to help bring you a sense of balance at the Autumn Equinox.

We will ease into the seasonal shift with intention. Over the weekend you will enjoy daily, nourishing yoga and meditation practices to awaken your mind and body; held in the stunning yoga studio with views over the Suffolk landscape. Explore the vibrational healing of a Gong Bath; plus the opportunity to relax further with a treatment – (reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Massage, kinesiology).

Delicious vegetarian feasts will be designed by our on-site chef, allowing you to truly focus on nourishing your needs, before you retire each evening to cosy rooms in the beautiful barns. During your downtime there are beautiful walks all around, along with space to unwind in the grounds, making for ample opportunity to ground and tune into nature’s rhythm.

This really is the perfect opportunity to reset and recharge.
