A flowing vinyasa yoga class focusing on mindful movement, breathing and deep relaxation.
The perfect way to strengthen the body and mind connection, Mindful Vinyasa works to release tension, improve strength and come into your present moment experience.
Classes are suitable for all, beginners welcome. Lots of variations are offered throughout the class, so please, as always, listen to your body when you come to your practice.
