EFT Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a gentle yet powerful practice that combines psychotherapy with gentle acupressure to help release stuck emotions and create meaningful shifts in how you think and feel.
This stress-reducing practice involves gently tapping on meridian points while tuning into your thoughts and feelings. We work together to uncover and release the root of stored emotions, limiting beliefs and behaviour patterns that are holding you back from living your life.
Tapping is a practice of remembering. Of sifting through the likes of experiences, memories, conditioning and trauma to release and let go. In a safe and gentle way, tapping can help us return to our true selves.
Why I offer EFT
I discovered EFT tapping after a cancer diagnosis and was looking for a way to move past the fear and trauma I had experienced.
After trying many other therapies but feeling like nothing ever really clicked, I began working with a practitioner trained in EFT. The sessions were transformative; each time I would leave feeling lighter and more capable of moving beyond my difficult experience.
I firmly believe that the combination of years of dedicated yoga practice and the discovery of EFT tapping were a powerful turning point on my healing journey.
I offer EFT tapping sessions to adults and children alike, with sessions running online via Zoom or in person from Coggeshall, near Colchester, Essex.
How it works and what to expect
When you book an EFT tapping session, sessions will be conducted via Zoom or in person.
We’ll begin with getting comfortable, setting up the space and talking through your intentions for your session.
I will then introduce the EFT tapping sequence, as we begin to tune into what is showing up for you, emotionally and physically. You don’t need any prior experience of tapping or the sequence for the sessions.
Working together, we will use guided tapping to gently work with what is arising for you. Pausing often to check in, we follow the cues of your mind and body to lead us to the root of the issue.
Sessions are relaxed, comfortable and personalised to you and your journey.
Tapping: Who is it for?
Tapping is a powerful, yet very gentle practice that is suitable for anyone looking to safely clear negative or stuck emotions and limiting beliefs.
if you are experiencing feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, feeling emotionally stuck, burnt out, or living with phobias, trauma, or pain, tapping can help you to connect to the source of an issue and let go.

EFT for Children
EFT tapping is a wonderful, practical and safe practice for children. Tapping can help them to release stress and calm their nervous systems – as well as giving them a practical tool to be able to emotionally regulate themselves.
My EFT tapping sessions for children are playful and adapted individually to each child’s needs. We might work together on Zoom or in person, and in sessions I might utilise my other trainings for children such as breathwork and yoga to help relax and bring in some fun.
EFT sessions for kids are slightly shorter than adult sessions, but work to the same principles; incorporating the tapping tool to allow us to get to the root of the issue and work to clear the stuck emotions or beliefs.
1x 90 minute EFT tapping session.
This introductory session is ideal for anyone who feels blocked, stuck, disconnected, or like they are holding onto some limiting beliefs.
Sessions run in person or online via Zoom.
3 x 90-min sessions over a period of 3-6 weeks.
The EFT transformation sessions are a deeper dive into your emotional landscape, allowing us to uncover the layers of limiting beliefs, emotional blocks and old habitual patterns that have been holding you back.
Sessions run in person or online via Zoom.
What to expect:
* Breathwork and intention setting to help settle and ground you;
* Progressive EFT tapping and intuitive sessions, with us building each week on the layers uncovered;
* Email integration support between sessions, including embodiment practices, such as affirmations, journaling, gentle movements to help you embody your new freedom.
1 x 30-minute EFT tapping session.
EFT Tapping is a wonderful practice to explore with children, leaving them feeling empowered and with a greater sense of self-awareness.
Sessions run in person or online via Zoom.
What to expect:
* Sessions are fun, gentle and personalised to the needs of your child.
* We might incorporate some gentle breathwork, movement, journalling and meditation, along with the EFT Tapping.
* Prices begin at £35 for a 30 minute session, with discounts offered on blocks of 3, 6 or 9 sessions.
