Gong baths are a powerful form of sound healing that encourage deep rest and relaxation through the meditative qualities of sound.
Expect to lie down comfortably, with blankets, pillows and bolster cushions, as you are bathed in the soothing vibrations of sound. Sessions are calming for the nervous system, as the waves of sound from the gongs move through your body, helping to dissipate tension, stress and overwhelm.
Here at Little Yoga Studio, I run regular gong bath events in and around Chelmsford, Essex. Each session is a nourishing, relaxing opportunity to help you unwind from modern life, reconnect to your self and let go of what is no longer serving you.
Why I offer EFT
I discovered EFT tapping after a cancer diagnosis and was looking for a way to move past the fear and trauma I had experienced.
Already a yoga practitioner, I had found yoga had that yoga had already helped me deal with so much of this part of my journey, yet when I experienced EFT

I discovered EFT at a time when I felt overwhelmed and emotionally drained, even while doing “all the right things.”
What I needed wasn’t more information—it was release. Something that felt intuitive, simple, and safe.
Tapping gave me that. It brought me back to my body, my breath, and myself.
Now, I offer it to:
Adults navigating anxiety, exhaustion, or emotional block, Children with big feelings, sensitivity, or school-related stress, Mothers, creatives, teachers, and space holders who carry the weight of others.

When you book an EFT tapping session, sessions will be conducted via Zoom or in person.
We’ll begin with getting comfortable, setting up the space and talking through your intentions for your session.
I will then introduce the EFT tapping sequence, as we begin to tune into what is showing up for you, emotionally and physically. You don’t need any prior experience of tapping or the sequence for the sessions.
Working together, we will use guided tapping to gently work with what is arising for you. Pausing often to check in, we follow the cues of your mind and body to lead us to the root of the issue.
Sessions are relaxed, comfortable and personalised to you and your journey.
