The Art of Letting Go Retreat
The time of the Autumn Equinox is an ideal opportunity to explore and restore balance within. Join Nicola for a weekend in the beautiful Suffolk countryside to celebrate the turn of the seasons; to let go of what holds us back and to plant seeds of intention for the coming months ahead. When we feel life is out of balance, we don’t feel in the flow of life; let us regain our flow.
“I couldn’t be more excited to share news of this retreat in the most beautiful location. Over the Autumn Equinox, I am inviting you to join us for a two-day retreat in Suffolk, dedicated to honouring nature’s energies; deepening your exploration into yoga and refilling your cup.”
At the beautiful Potash Barns, near Woodbridge, Suffolk, we will ease into the seasonal shift with intention. Over the weekend you will enjoy daily, nourishing yoga and meditation practices to awaken your mind and body; held in the stunning yoga studio with views over the Suffolk landscape. Explore the vibrational healing of a Gong Bath led by Luna Moon Wellness; chats and ceremony around the fire; plus the opportunity to relax further with a treatment – (reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Massage, kinesiology).
Delicious vegetarian feasts will be designed by our on-site chef, allowing you to truly focus on nourishing your needs, before you retire each evening to cosy rooms in the beautiful barns. During your downtime there are beautiful walks all around, along with space to unwind in the grounds, making for ample opportunity to ground and tune into nature’s rhythm.
This really is the perfect opportunity to reset and recharge.
